We offer both victims of accidents and insurers the opportunity to request a second opinion/advice.
Victims of accidents
You may already have a lawyer or legal specialist, but you would like to have a second opinion/advice in your case. We can help you with this. We would like to receive a copy of your file. You can request this from your current representative. We need research time to provide a second opinion/advice. We will study your file thoroughly. For this we ask you for a compensation of € 185,- per hour (including VAT). The research time naturally depends on the complexity and size of your file.
Would you like to switch to our office?
This is possible! Even if you are currently with a legal expenses insurer and you would like to engage another lawyer or legal specialist. You should make a switch carefully. We are happy to inform you further about the possibilities.
Insurers
Insurers can also request a second opinion/advice from us. For example, for the feasibility of a legal issue. We also use the hourly rate of € 185,- per hour (including VAT). â–
