OUR METHOD
In brief
Step 1
Step 2
Free advice
We will visit you and hear your story. We will then discuss the personal injury process with you. You never have to pay us. Our legal costs are covered for by the liable counterparty. This has been established by law.
Establishing liability
In this step we will hold the other party liable.
We do this by sending a letter to the other party's insurer.
Step 3
Advance payment
If liability has been acknowledged and it has become apparent that you have suffered damage, we will ask the other party's insurer for an advance on the compensation. This way you can get on with your life and cover your costs. You do not have to wait until the end of your personal injury case.
Step 4
Damage statement
We map out your damage and submit it to the other party's insurer. Your damage will be assessed together with the insurer.
Step 5
The final settlement
We will work towards a settlement proposal in consultation with you. We submit this proposal to the insurer. It is also possible that the insurer itself will come up with a settlement proposal. As soon as an agreement has been reached on how your claim should be settled, we will finalize your case. This is often done with a 'settlement agreement'. Once both parties have signed this agreement, you will receive your final payment. This brings your personal injury case to an end.

Instead of halving the number of road deaths by 2030, the EU is only heading for a decrease of a quarter compared to 2019. The long-term goal of reducing the number of road casualties to almost zero by 2050 has disappeared from view.
